Round Table Grants
We help Central Massachusetts nonprofits secure the funding they deserve.
From prospect research to the final application, we walk with you every step of the way so you can stay focused on helping our community.
-
You're wearing every hat — program director, bookkeeper, and now grant writer. We get it. Round Table Grants steps in as your on-call development partner, handling the research, writing, and deadlines so you can stay focused on your mission. No need to hire full-time staff. Just strategic, professional support when you need it.
-
You've built something real — now it's time to make sure your funding reflects that. Round Table Grants helps mature organizations identify new funders, refresh stale proposals, and build a grant portfolio that doesn't depend on one or two sources. Think of it as a funding audit with a strategy attached.
-
First things first — grants aren't a starting line, they're a finish line. Before funders invest in you, they need to see that you're investment-ready. Round Table Grants helps emerging organizations build that foundation: clarifying your case for support, identifying the right early opportunities, and setting realistic expectations so you grow sustainably.
-
Grants aren't just for nonprofits — and that's one of the best-kept secrets in rural funding. From USDA programs to state agricultural grants and local foundations, there are real dollars available for growers, farmers market vendors, and land stewards. Round Table Grants helps you find them, understand the requirements, and put together an application that speaks the language funders want to hear.
-
Whether you're a muralist, musician, writer, craftsperson, or independent maker — your work has value, and funders know it. Individual artist grants, fellowship programs, and project-based funding exist specifically for people like you. Round Table Grants helps you identify opportunities that fit your practice, navigate the application process, and tell your story in a way that resonates with arts funders.
-
That's honestly the most common place to start. Grants can be a powerful tool — but they're not the right fit for everyone, and the wrong grant at the wrong time can cost you more than it's worth. Let's have a conversation first. A free 30-minute consult can help you figure out where you stand, what's realistic, and what your next best step actually is.

Meet the Consultant
Dani Drogue
I started Round Table Grants because I kept seeing great local organizations leave money on the table. Not from lack of merit, but lack of capacity. My background is unconventional: I came up through professional dog training, where I learned that good outcomes depend on clear communication, knowing your audience, and building trust. Turns out, grant writing works the same way.
I'm a Central Massachusetts local, and this community matters to me. I bring genuine investment, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to getting it right.
Our Mission
To empower local organizations through strategic funding and honest storytelling, ensuring that the resources meant for our communities actually reach the people who live here.
